Imagine how amazing it would feel to:

- Wake up every morning knowing exactly what you need to do and when to do it.
- Nail those daily self care habits which nourish your body, mind and soul.
- Free up more spare time to help you fulfil your goals.
- Know that you have the resilience to deal with stresses as and when they come your way.
- Focus entirely on the task you are doing without being distracted.
- Be able to truly relax or enjoy fun times without thinking of your to-do list.
- Go to bed every night feeling like you’ve done the very best with the time you had available.
Make a RESOLUTION to Find Your Focus
Felicity will be on hand for 12 weeks to guide you through nailing great routines, learning how to plan your time effectively, to take time for the self care that is vital to your survival and, in turn, develop the skills to both reduce stress, and deal better with stressful situations that come your way.
Weeks 1-4
The course begins intensively with four, 90 minute, weekly workshops. These are not just watch and learn classes. These are practical, live sessions over Zoom, which give you the opportunity to do the planning that you know you need to do.
– We begin with a short breathing practice that you can learn to help you in stressful situations.
– Next I will teach that week’s topic. The teaching sessions are open for discussion, or you can save questions for the end.
– Then we have the planning practical, real time for you to make real progress on your time management.
– We finish with a meditation to soothe and focus the mind for the week ahead.
Week 1
Learn – The science of self care.
Practical – Daily routines.
Week 2
Learn – Time management and stress, boundaries.
Practical – Ideal week.
Week 3
Learn – Purpose, goals and challenges.
Practical – Quarterly plan.
Week 4
Learn – Stress management and techniques.
Practical – Weekly planning.
Weeks 5 – 11
For 5 of the following 7 weeks, I will lead you through a 30 minute weekly planning session. These will be a mini version of the previous classes, with a grounding practice, a review of the previous week, a chance to plan in the things we need to do over the next week and finishing with a motivating visualisation.
Week 12
In our final week, I’ll guide you though a 60 minute, quarterly planning session. This will set your intentions through until the end of January, carrying you through the busy and stressful Christmas period, and giving those new routines the best chance of becoming habitual.
Plus…
An online portal where you can access worksheets, slides, class recordings and pre-recorded meditations and breathing practices.
Support and accountability via exclusive Facebook and WhatsApp groups for a full six months (yes, that’s for three months after the teaching sessions finish!)
Doors close on 3rd August. Course starts on Monday 7th August.

Investment
It’s no good setting up good habits, routines and plans if you never stick to them. Accountability, both from myself and your fellow students is key to the Find Your Focus Resolution.
However, there is nothing better than being accountable to yourself. And there is no greater motivation to stick to a course than to know you’ve invested some of your hard-earned money into improving yourself.
As this is the first time I’ve run this course, I will be asking for some feedback – there will be a form to complete at the end of the course.. And with that in mind, I’ve priced this course very reasonably at just £247.
For that price you not only get all the live and recorded teaching, worksheets and slides. You also get my eyes on your routines and plans for six whole months.
Of course you could probably work all this out for yourself. But if you could do that you wouldn’t have read this far would you?

Hello, I’m Felicity!

I’m a satisfaction expert and yoga teacher who is here to empower you to live your happiest, healthiest and most satisfied life. I’ve been where you are. I was living a seemingly happy life of pleasure, but I didn’t feel fulfilled. My life was full of fun but felt empty. I couldn’t put my finger on what was wrong. It was like when you have a stone in your shoe – you can try to ignore it but every now and then it niggles again.
FAQs
Can I pay monthly?
Yes – you can pay 3 monthly instalments of £85.00 This works out at £255 (there are additional admin fees for me, hence the slightly higher price). By signing up to the 3-month payment plan, you agree to complete all three payments, even if you do not complete the course.
When are the sessions?
The weekly classes will be on a Monday – when the doors close we will discuss the best time for everyone.
What if I can’t make a session?
All sessions will be recorded and uploaded into the portal and the Facebook group both for those who can’t attend live, and also for anyone who wants to revisit anything.
When does the course start?
The first workshop will be on Monday 7th August.
Do I need any experience in meditation?
Not at all! The meditations are short – no longer than 15 minutes, and you will be welcome to turn your camera off.
Do I need access to Facebook?
No, the Facebook group is an optional extra. As an alternative I will also provide accountability via WhatsApp, but this may be less interactive than the Facebook group.
Can I privately message Felicity during the course?
If you have any confidential issues you do not feel you can discuss in the within the group, you can contact Felicity privately. However, please be aware that this course does not provide 24 hour or constant private support, and where possible all questions should be within the group or raised during the sessions.
What if I have any other questions?
Please get in touch and ask me anything! You can email hello@findingfelicity.co.uk, DM me on any social media or you can even book a free 20 minute introductory chat.
Elements of Satisfaction
There are four elements of satisfaction and there is a Satisfaction Resolution for each one.
Find Your Focus
Earth
The earth element is all about building great foundations. Routines, rest and resilience. Good routines and planning are the essential bones that hold our life together in good times and bad. Being in control of our time also means knowing our personal boundaries and when to say ‘no’.
This is also about learning all the techniques that work for us best when we come up against unexpected stress, anxiety, and even trauma. Some people like to meditate, some find expressive writing useful, and others might prefer to exercise or talk to a friend. Whatever our healthy stress relievers are, it’s important we put those good habits in place when life is easy, so those habits are easy to return to when life is hard.

Find Your Fire
Fire
A sense of meaning and purpose has been intrinsic to models of happiness dating back to Aristotle. It’s not enough just to make ourselves happy. Contributing to society provides far more longevity in our happiness. And generosity is scientifically proven to make us happier.
From a very young age, we are brought up to run on the hedonic treadmill, always chasing after the next short-term material possession that we’ll inevitably get bored of, before chasing another. And another and another…
We also need to know what we’re good at. Working to our strengths helps us achieve our purpose, leading to far greater life satisfaction.
Find Your Flow
Water
You know when you are so engrossed in a task, that time just flies by? This is Flow, a concept developed by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. It’s that perfect match of the skills we have and with the challenge before us, and is considered the ultimate human experience. What could be more satisfying than that?
The watery element of Find your flow also encompasses other aspects of living in the moment. Accepting our situation, others and ourselves. Being grateful for all of the good things in our lives (and sometimes the bad things, too). Savouring every moment so that life fills us with awe, wonder and satisfaction every single day.

Find Your Self
Air / Ether
As we move into the air element, things get more rarefied and difficult to pin down. But having a strong sense of self is really important in us knowing how we fit into the world. My study of yoga philosophy helps me to connect with the rest of the universe, and feel less attached to my individuality. But, I am also keenly aware that we live in a world of the individual, and that I can determine the identity that I want others to see.
Finding ourselves within the context of others is key. Tuning into our natural human impulses of compassion, and connecting to others and our environment. Seeing how others shape and influence how we see ourselves and reclaiming our own perception of our Self. And finally, looking after that Self with true self-care.
