Cancellation Policy: Reflexology & Yoga
While we understand that everyone has unforeseen events, we ask that all of clients are mindful of the consequences of late cancellations and “no-shows”. As well as being disruptive to therapists and teachers, this can cause other potential clients and students to miss out.
With this in mind, all appointments for both holistic treatments and yoga classes cancelled within 24 hours of treatment / class or “no-shows” will incur a charge equal to the full cost. If payment has been made up front no refund will be given. If payment has not been made in advance no further appointments will be accepted until payment has been received.
Cancellations made prior to this 24 hours notice period should be made either via the Acuity booking system or directly with Felicity either by email (email@example.com) or by phone (0775 123 8374). Pre-paid appointments can either be rescheduled or refunded minus a 5% administration charge.
The only exceptions to this policy will be if either client or teacher / therapist are required to self-isolate or unexpectedly quarantine due to COVID-19, or if the business needs to close due to a lockdown. In these instances, every effort will be made to reschedule your appointment for a later date but if this cannot be done a full refund will be given. This exception only applies to in-person treatments or classes.
In the unlikely event that we require to cancel due to circumstance or ill health full refunds will be given. However we do not assume any responsibility for any other costs you may incur and no reimbursement will be given.
The Satisfaction Revolution: Terms
By signing up to The Satisfaction Revolution Membership you agree to the following terms. You also agree to our Client Health Policy.
The Satisfaction Revolution currently includes:
- Weekly live classes online via Zoom, at least 46 weeks of every calendar year.
- Access to the private Facebook group with further material, weekly downloads and group support.
In joining The Satisfaction Revolution you agree to respect the privacy of all other members who you may come into contact with either in class or the Facebook group. You agree that you will not divulge or share any personal details about any other Satisfaction Revolution member with any other person unless in extreme circumstance. Finding Felicity cannot be held responsible for any private conversations between Satisfaction Revolution members.
The Satisfaction Revolution: Pricing and Cancellation Policy
The price you originally sign up to will not be increased by more than 10% in any 12 month period. All price increases will be given at 1 month’s notice.
In the event that The Satisfaction Revolution classes need to be cancelled you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis (your monthly membership fee divided by 4).
You may cancel your membership at any time via your Acuity Scheduling account. Paid membership fees will not be refunded unless in exceptional circumstances. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
The price of The Satisfaction Revolution may change in the future. To maintain your initial monthly subscription rate you must not cancel your membership. If you cancel and wish to rejoin, you will rejoin at the current subscription rate.
Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
